Description:

By compressing the arteries, th blood is stopped physically. Five minutes is bloodletting cycle, and the rotating rob should be loosened every five minutes to prevent muscle necrosis. Usually placed on the outermost layer of the military bag, on the shoulder.
The rotating rob allows for simpler and faster application, more effecient slack removal, resulting in reduced blood loss and reduced winch turning.

These tourniquet features a solid plastic catch with a plastic buckle that allows quick release with the touch of a finger. This Buckle Tourniquet is made from high grade bright white ABS plastic and Polyester elastic band.

Wash in low temperature water and disinfect regulary. Do not bleach. Washing in very high temperatures can affect the elasticity and cause distortion. Use of disinfectant on a regular basis is highly advisable.

Note: Please don't use this for long time. Release the band for 2 minutes for every half an hour. Patients with massive bleeding please seek medical treatment timely.

Instruction For Use:

1. Apply tourniquet proximal to the bleeding site and place the wonded limb through the band loop.
2. Pull the band very tight and fasten it back on itself.
3. Adhere the band around the limb.
4. Twist the rob until bright red bleeding stops.
5. Place the rod inside the clip and lock.
6. Check bleeding condition, apply additional tightening next to the tourniquet and reassess if massive bleeding continues.
7. Adhere band over the rod inside the clip around the limb.
8. Secure the rod and and with the strap, transport reassess, record applied tine on white strap if possible.
